Liftow roule vers un avenir durable

Sarah, an Offroad Endurance Cyclist, trail runner, chef, and gardener, has dedicated over 25 years to the world of cycling. With a love for the ride and a competitive spirit, she has achieved significant success in 24 Hour Solo racing, 100-mile Marathon cross country racing, and multi-day bikepacking races, both domestically and internationally. Sarah's journey includes a background in off-road triathlon and Adventure Racing, leading her to develop a newfound passion for trail running and Ultra racing. As she looks forward to a full year of challenges in 2024, both on the bike and on foot, Sarah expresses her excitement to represent Liftow in her pursuits. Grateful for the opportunity to be part of the team, she eagerly anticipates the adventures and accomplishments that lie ahead, thanking Liftow for including her in their endeavors.

Alex Gies, 16-year-old competitive cyclist. Alex trains and races with the KW Cycling Academy. His favourite discipline is track cycling and he spends a lot of time honing his skills at the Mattamy National Cycling Centre in Milton, Ontario, and the Forest City Velodrome in London, Ontario. He loves the thrill of racing around the banked track, and the challenge of racing tactically difficult races. He also has a lot of fun mountain biking and is excited to compete in both mountain bike and road races this summer. When he’s not cruising around on two wheels, he spends his time with his friends, playing with his dog and travelling with his family.

Oliver, is an Offroad Endurance Racer with a Full Time job and a Husband. A very competitive spirit and his love of riding two wheels “Riding my bike for hours is very Mentally Therapeutic for me, I really enjoy it!” He is very passionate with XC Marathon, XCO, Gravel Race and with an ambition to join CX Races in the near future.

Micheal is a dedicated Road Bike Racer with over 30 years of experience in the sport. What started as a passion has grown into an obsession, fueling his drive to compete and push his limits. While road racing has always been his primary focus, Micheal has recently ventured into gravel racing and occasionally competes in mountain bike events to gain valuable experience.

Beyond racing, Micheal is a devoted father and husband who balances his love for the sport with family life. He is constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to expand his racing portfolio.
